What Will Your Legacy Be?

For Bob Constable, including a gift to MAM in his will was a natural extension of his long-term Board service.

"For the past century, the Montclair Art Museum has served as a cultural platform for the discussion, sharing, education, creation, preservation, display, and exchange of art. For these reasons, I have made the commitment to support MAM in both the present and long-term by creating a permanent legacy to further secure this important cultural resource."

Join the Constable Society today – help sustain MAM for generations to come!

  • Begin your legacy with us… To help you get started on your plans and legacy, you can use FreeWill, an online tool that guides you through the process of creating a legally valid will or trust. It’s easy to use, accessible online, and can be completed in 20 minutes. You can use this resource on its own to document your wishes before finalizing your plans with an attorney.

  • Have you already included a gift in your will or trust? Please fill out this form to let us know! We would love to thank you for your generosity.

  • Do you have an IRA, 401(k), life-insurance policy, or any other assets not included in your will? If so, these are called non-probate assets and you must plan your beneficiaries for them separately. Use this online tool to make your plans and designate us as a beneficiary of one or more of these assets.

To learn how you can make a gift to MAM without affecting your cash flow during your lifetime, please contact our office at [email protected] or 973-259-5117.

MAM thanks the members of its Constable Society for their vision and inspirational commitment to the long-term future of the Museum:
