Join a small group of students who are serious about sketching and sharpen essential drawing and rendering techniques. Refine expressive and representational skills through a series of fun and challenging projects exploring shading, perspective, form, line, and composition.

Nanci Iovino

Nanci Iovino graduated with a B.F.A. in illustration from Syracuse University. She studied painting and illustration at the Fashion Institute of Technology, and Parsons School of Design. Nanci has worked as a freelance painter, muralist, and interior decorator/designer.

For the past 18 years, Nanci has worked as a MAM lead educator, involved in a wide variety of museum events, community programming, classes, and camps.  She teaches all age groups with a special focus on creative aging and beginning art studies.  Her current teaching philosophy is based on individual and personal inspiration.
