Celebrate Earth Day at MAM with artist WOOLPUNK®, whose monumental tapestry Sunflowers & Graffiti’d Sky in the Garden State is currently on view at the museum. 

Flower Empowerment Family Day will be an uplifting day for all families to join together in creating art that will inspire you to protect the environment and make a difference in your community! 

WOOLPUNK® will lead families in creating a special fiber arts badge and pledging to work together to care for our planet!

Enjoy exciting family-friendly musical performances by School of Rock Montclair’s House Band and make music with an interactive instrument petting zoo!

Award-winning filmmaker, children’s author, and television host Suzie Hicks the Climate Chick will screen a fun kids' film about climate activism and perform a special reading of a new children’s book about plastic pollution, friendship, and community activism!

Tour museum galleries and enjoy storytime with Montclair Public Library with books about Earth Day!

Take action in our community by bringing non-perishable food donations to contribute to our food drive partner Toni’s Kitchen, and help combat food scarcity in Essex County!
