Celebrate Lunar New Year with AAPI Montclair!

Together with our Co-Presenters, AAPI Montclair, we invite you to kick off the 2023 Lunar New Year with a day of festivities at MAM. Lunar New Year is a time of hope where family, friends, and neighbors come together to rejoice in new beginnings as we look ahead to a peaceful and prosperous year. Cheer on lion dancers and enjoy live performances from local artists and students from our local schools. March in the dragon parade or try your hand at one of our family friendly crafts. Sample a variety of scrumptious eats and browse specialty merchandise from local vendors. Your ticket also gives you full access to MAM's galleries for the day.

This event is proudly presented in partnership with Fort Lee Chinese Americans, Glen Ridge Diversity and Inclusion Association, Korean United Presbyterian Church of NJ, Professional Filipino American Youth, United Asian Voices of West Orange, Vietnamese Boat People, and AAPI Montclair.

Parking

Please allow time to find parking. We encourage parking on North Mountain and South Mountain Avenues. No guest parking will be available in the MAM lot.

Registration

Please check in at the Registration Tables upon arrival. Volunteer staff members will check you in. Dress up! Our community partners will be selling food, gifts, and much more. Please come prepared with cash or Venmo, if you wish.
